Where you apply

Czech Embassy in Hanoi

Large existing Vietnamese community in Czechia — strong support network.

Realistic timeline. From signed contract to first shift: 10–16 weeks for most Vietnamese applicants. The embassy stage is the bottleneck and no agency can shorten it. If someone promises you a Czech work permit in three weeks, that is the clearest scam signal there is — see our guide.

Want to work in Germany? Start in Czechia.

Most people search for Germany first — and then hit a wall: language requirements, long embassy queues, employers who will not sponsor. There is a legal route around it that almost nobody explains.

1 · Czech employee card
2 · A1 posting certificate
3 · Work in Germany, Netherlands or Sweden

You get a Czech work permit through a Czech employer. Once you hold it, EU posted-worker rules let that employer send you to work in another member state on an A1 certificate — with no German language requirement and no second visa application.

Frequently asked questions

Can Vietnamese work in the Czech Republic without experience?

Yes. 8 of our 20 current vacancies require no previous experience — warehouse, packing, sorting and most production line roles train you on site in the first week.

Where do Vietnamese apply for the Czech visa?

Through Czech Embassy in Hanoi. Large existing Vietnamese community in Czechia — strong support network.

Do I need IELTS or any language certificate?

No. There is no language test for a Czech work permit, and most of our roles need no European language at all.

How much can I save per month?

After accommodation, insurance and food, workers on unskilled roles typically send home €600–800 per month. Welders and drivers save considerably more. We publish the full breakdown on our fees page.

Is the salary in the contract the amount I receive?

The figure we advertise is net after tax and social insurance, before the housing deduction, which is stated separately on every vacancy. We do not advertise gross figures.

Can my family join me later?

Yes, after you hold the employee card and can demonstrate income and accommodation. Family reunification typically becomes realistic after 6–12 months.
