Fees and Costs

The whole point of this page is that the number does not change later. Here is everything you will spend, who it goes to, and what we are paid.

What the employer pays

  • The work permit application on the employer side and the vacancy registration
  • Our recruitment fee
  • Work clothing and protective equipment
  • On-site training and, for forklift roles, Czech re-certification
  • Airport pickup and first-week administrative support
What this means in practice. On a €1,290 net warehouse salary, after €95 housing and roughly €120 for food, most people send home €650–750 in a normal month, and more when they take overtime. Anyone quoting you €1,500 of savings on an unskilled wage is not being straight with you.

Frequently asked questions

Why do you publish this at all?

Because almost nobody in this industry does, and the number one reason people get defrauded is that they never saw a total before they paid. Publishing it costs us some enquiries from people who expected it to be free. It saves everyone time.

Can I pay in instalments?

The costs are not paid to us, so there is nothing for us to spread. They are paid to the visa centre, the translator, the clinic and the airline, each at its own point in the process.

What if my visa is refused?

The consular fee is not refundable — that is the embassy rule, not ours. If the refusal is caused by an error in the file we prepared, we redo the application at our own cost.

Is the housing deduction negotiable?

The rate is set by the accommodation provider, not by us. You can find your own housing after the first months, and many people do once they know the area.

Questions about the numbers?

Ask before you commit anything. We would rather answer ten questions now than have you arrive with the wrong expectation.
