Europe Job Consultancy in Bangalore
Factory, warehouse and skilled trade work in the Czech Republic, with an onward route into Germany, the Netherlands and Sweden. We charge candidates nothing, because Czech law does not let us — and on this page we have written down what the process from Bangalore actually involves, including the parts that are inconvenient for us.
And the second thing, which is the answer to the first
Filing goes through the government economic-migration programme, and programme places are allocated to employers rather than to individuals. That is why you cannot book a Delhi appointment on your own however much you are willing to pay for one — and why anyone in Bangalore offering you a personal appointment is describing something that does not exist.
We place at volume and file through the programme across the whole allocation year rather than in one rush, so in practice the allocation has not been what stops our candidates. Timing is what matters: places are finite and taken in order, so applying early in the year is materially different from applying late. We will tell you where the year stands before you spend anything on documents.
How an application from Bangalore actually runs
| Step | Where it happens | Roughly how long |
|---|---|---|
| Vacancy registered and held open for the Czech and EU labour market | Czechia — the employer's job, not yours | 30 days |
| Contract or binding job promise issued to you | Remote | Days |
| Documents legalised by apostille | India — a Hague Convention member, so apostille from the Ministry of External Affairs, not consular legalisation | 1–3 weeks |
| Police clearance certificate | Passport Seva network | 1–3 weeks |
| Employee card application filed in person | Czech Embassy, New Delhi — not Bangalore, and not at VFS | One appointment |
| Ministry of the Interior decision | Czechia | 6–12 weeks, statutory |
| Biometrics, card collection, travel | Delhi, then Czechia | 2–3 weeks |
Note the shape of this: the longest steps belong to the state, and no agency anywhere can compress them. What an agency can do is make sure nothing is filed wrong — a rejected application costs you the fee and the calendar both.
Emigration paperwork on the Indian side
The Bengaluru office of the Protector of Emigrants covers Karnataka. Note that different renderings of the Ministry's own jurisdiction table place Karnataka under Bengaluru in one place and Chennai in another — if it matters to your paperwork, confirm with the office directly rather than with an agent.
Bengaluru appears in Indian reporting more often as a city where people are defrauded than as a traditional blue-collar emigration source. That is worth knowing: the fraud here targets educated applicants who assume their education protects them.
We did not find a state emigrant welfare body for Karnataka offering pre-departure orientation, insurance or a grievance channel of the kind Kerala and Punjab run. The absence is worth knowing either way: it means there is no state-level backstop if something goes wrong.
What the fraud looks like in Bangalore
In September 2025 police raided two unlicensed consultancies in Bengaluru over fraudulent overseas recruitment, with victims charged several lakh each for promised jobs in the UAE, New Zealand, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. One operator had continued trading after a cease notice by relocating and advertising on social media. A separate case involved a Bengaluru accountant left stranded in Armenia after paying for a fake job in the United States — the same routing pattern seen in the Kerala case.
The pattern, stripped down
Almost every case in the record runs the same way: an unregistered consultancy advertises on social media, collects your passport and a large advance, sends a forged offer letter or visa as an image over WhatsApp, then stops answering. The two checks that break this chain cost nothing — verify the agent on the Ministry of External Affairs register, and never let your original passport out of your hands without a receipt.

Frequently asked questions
Do you have an office in Bangalore?
No, and we would rather say so than rent a room to look local. We work with candidates from Bangalore remotely. The steps that require you in person are the medical, the document legalisation and the embassy appointment in Delhi — none of them happen at an agency office. Be wary of anyone who insists you come in and pay in cash.
Can I apply at the VFS centre in Bangalore?
Not for this. The Czech VFS Global centres in India process short-stay Schengen visas of up to 90 days. An employee card is a long-stay application and cannot be filed there — it goes through the Czech Embassy in New Delhi on a separate appointment system. Whatever city you live in, that trip is part of the process.
What do you charge?
Nothing for the placement. Czech law prohibits an employment agency from charging a candidate a fee for finding them work — we are paid by the employer. Your own costs are the consular fee, document legalisation, the medical certificate and the flight, and they are itemised on our fees page before you commit to anything.
Which jobs can I get from here?
Warehouse, packing, sorting and production line roles need no experience — 8 of our 20 current openings are in that group. Welding, CNC and CE driving need a certificate. See the current intake.
How long does it take?
Ten to sixteen weeks from signed contract to first shift, of which six to twelve weeks is the Czech Ministry of the Interior decision. Nobody can shorten that part, and an agency promising you four weeks is describing something other than an employee card.
How do I check that an agency is real?
Two registers, both free and both public. In India, the Ministry of External Affairs lists every licensed Recruiting Agent at mea.gov.in/ras and on eMigrate. In Czechia, employment agency licences are checkable in the public register held by the Ministry of Labour. Check both before any money moves — our own numbers are in the footer of every page on this site.
What if I have already paid someone and it went wrong?
Tell us what happened — it changes which documents you will need and whether your passport is compromised. Our guide on fake agencies covers what to do if you have already paid, and we will look at the paperwork you were given whether or not you end up working with us.
Have an offer from another consultancy in Bangalore?
Send us what they gave you — the offer letter, the visa image, the fee schedule. We will tell you whether it makes sense, free, and whether or not you end up working with us. It takes ten minutes and it has saved people several lakh.
